Dr. Holcombe is a native of Irving,Texas and a graduate of Texas A&M. After graduating valedictorian from School College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, she then completed a three-year surgical residency in reconstructive foot & ankle surgery in Miami.
She was also awarded and completed an Orthopedic International Foot & Ankle Trauma/Internal Fixation Fellowship in Innsbruck, Austria. In addition, she has extensive training in the treatment and preventative care of diabetic wounds.
She is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and Board Qualified in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
Dr. Holcombe attributes her success and growth in the community to successful patient-doctor relationships based on education and communication. She is married to husband John.
Dr. Holcombe has authored several publications in medical journals as well as dedicated time to several pediatric surgical mission projects in Mexico. She began private practice and established North Texas Foot & Ankle in 2001. Her credentials include being a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association and the American Diabetes Association.

Dr. Kellvan J. Cheng

Dr. Cheng joined the practice of North Texas Foot & Ankle in 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Upon earning his medical degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, he completed his podiatric internship in New York City and three-year reconstructive foot & ankle surgery residency in Los Angeles.
Dr Cheng’s training entailed all aspects of trauma and reconstructive surgeries of the forefoot, rearfoot and ankle as well as sports medicine and diabetic limb salvage including wound care. He then completed a reconstructive rearfoot surgery “mini-fellowship” in Atlanta.
He is Board Qualified in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and Board Qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine.
He is also an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons as well as a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Texas Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Cheng is a dedicated and compassionate doctor whose philosophy to patient care is “patients are family” and healing begins with compassion and communication. He is married to wife Ann and resides in McKinney.
